Each custom or kit produced log home construction project that we work on can be divided
into the following four phases: Site work, Dry-In, Shell Completion, and Interior Completion.
Most clients contract with us for either the dry-in or the shell completion phases of the
log home construction project because it requires the unique expertise that only an experienced
custom log home builder possesses. This usually works out best because the planning, site-work
and interior completion phases are the best place for you to invest your “sweat equity” if you
have the time and so desire.
However, if such is not the case, we do look at each project to
determine how we can best serve your needs in the other areas of the overall log home construction
process. If all you want to do is turn the key in the door and move in, we can do that too. But the
physical location and timing of the project generally determines the most realistic extent of our
"turn key" construction involvement.
